Perforated gypsum tiles allow for the assembly of an acoustic gypsum ceiling, which gives the space a warm look and includes all the advantages of both a smooth and warm look (with a tile without perforation) and easy access to the systems it covers.
The standard size of gypsum tiles is 610X610 mm. The tiles are placed on T-24, T-15 and Fine Line profiles in a semi-recessed manner. As mentioned, they can be dismantled to provide access to the existing systems above the acoustic ceiling (such as electricity, air conditioning, sprinklers, low voltage systems, etc.).
The construction includes black acoustic fleece glued to the back of the tile, and the ceiling has an N.R.C
0.75.
Perforation types: 3/3 Q – square perforation where the perforation size is 3X3 mm and the distance between the centers of one square and the other is 3 mm.
10/20 Q – Square perforation where the perforation size is 10X10 mm and the distance between the centers of one square and the other is 20 mm.
6/18 R – A round perforation where the diameter of the perforation is 6 mm and the distance from one perforation center to another is 18 mm.
Smooth (without perforation).
