In the northeast of the city of Lod is the Mosaic Museum, which is a spectacular cultural center.
The mosaic displayed in the museum has so far been shown to hundreds of thousands of visitors in important museums around the world, including the Metropolitan in New York, the Louvre in Paris, the Altes Museum in Berlin, and the Hermitage Museum in St. Petersburg.
In the museum, a ceiling made of a lamella system manufactured by Hecht & Efraim hangs above the heads of visitors, opens for operation in the envelope and around, and provides a spectacular acoustic and visual solution in the space.
The architectural design was done by Amit Namlich, and the project is a combination of aesthetics and exceptional functionality.
